China is aiming to open between 300-500 new coal plants by 2030. Excellent news because that would create jobs in our area should they choose the North East.

You do realise all those plants are for China don't you - lots of jobs in Heliongjang and Jilin province (they'll get canned anyway - they always announce loads and then scale it back quietly)
