The issue is that with the resources available we should not have had to go to Wembley . That so many fans did is a credit to them. For many Sunderland fans travelling from all over the country was a long journey. To compare Charlton fans attendance at what is a easy tube journey away is insulting.

Fair do's
Ya seem easily pleased mind ya , maybe that's the problem
Certainly not easily pleased.
I've spent thousands this season. Been to 15 aways (Inc 2 Wembley trips), all for fuck all.
I blame Ross. But I'm still hopeful hell turn it round, but if we get off to a bad start he's a dead man walking.
I have no gripes with the owners. We could easily have gone bankrupt without their intervention and I think they both work hard and generally do the right thing (every one makes mistake mind).
And I think slagging them off and quoting them out of context achieves no purpose except to disharmonize us as a club.
Anway bud, ktf

I was thinking this actually , as probably 100's of others.
But to actually impliment the negative tactics continually is strange
To not start mcgeady in the most important game for decades was mind boggling

McGeady shouldn't have played at all based on his cameo. Didn't look anywhere near any sort of reasonable fitness, gave the ball away every time he touched it and stood watching the game winning cross go in.

Some right little delicate flowers on here mind!

He’s bang on in pretty everything he says.

And I’m even gonna say he was right about the fans in some parts,

we’ve turned up in masses all season and two of our biggest games in recent years we’ve failed to show. Give us our dues the lack of numbers at home to pompey was made up by those that were there, but the fans at Wembley were a f***ing disgrace.
what songs did u start mate

He’s just trying to shift the focus away from the leadership of the club

Well it’s not going to work and this is a massive own goal. Absolutely idiotic comments, he needs to be given a mirror to review his own performance not mine or yours as supporters - we have done more than any reasonable person could reasonably expect this season

As others have said the football served up has been progressively more dull and that isn’t acceptable given the bloody opposition we are turning up to play

Blokes a prick he was in the blue check outside wembley before game on sunday, he comes across as a right obnoxious arrogant twat, less talk more action needed fans have done more than our part all season, did they?

Should have started. Mental he didn't regardless of what touches he had

So what did Charlie actually say? I fail to believe he questioned the support I think he'a a bit more intelligent than that.

So it’s the supporters fault that we lost on Sunday? Oh aye. Good one that. If only we’d have had those extra 3 or 4K in the stands we’d have gone up. I mean, it doesn’t matter if they could afford to get there, had the means to do so or whatever. It’s their fault. Nonsense
hes a proven mag mate

Even if he didn't start and Ross had a plan the 1-0 score and the 10 minute injury should have been the perfect option to bring McGeady on yet there we were at 1-1 with 15-20 minutes to go.

Just had a listen and as far as I'm concerned the insinuation from the 'reporter' is that we are a big club so deserved to go up and Methven says Charlton are a big club too.
