It’s all football fans exist for these days, the hope of being taken over by some rich fucker with no ties to the area or fans for the chance of a sniff of success or keeping up with the Jones’s.

We are no different though but it’s a sad boring game these days.
 
Logging off social media and never going to Newcastle, aye we crap but least I knew they were always crap as well and now they gonna be throwing millions and more than likely do a Man City now

It’s a lot different than when the Man City take over happened.
Yes it’ll obviously help them develop and push on but they can’t just throw away multi billions anymore.
It’s gonna be a very long drawn out process. By then they’ll have the super league and Newcastle won’t be accepted in so will he sold them be bankrupt. Then they can all jump on the Shields or Gateshead band wagon and never darken our doors again All wishful thinking

Absolutely f***ing nightmare if they start signing superstars. Plus it will squeeze our support, bairns will follow them a la 92

It’s absolutely f***ing terrible news for Sunderland and it’s fans
