I would never ever criticise fans for watching on the tele.
This is EXACTLY what I’ll be doing in future.
My time has come to step down. Hopefully this is knee jerk reaction.

My thoughts are as a whole?

After the game with thousands streaming out, there was no anger.
Few young kids crying but no anger?

This is what this club has done to us.

Sorry marra, came out wrong and I agree, I shouldn't have wrote that.
Nothing wrong with not having a drink. Nowt wrong In going to the game and not singing either.
I was trying to make the point that loads of folk who had a beer sang their hearts out, and in my experience Wembley wasnt full of pissed up folk falling asleep.
Theyre are loads of fans who go and don't want to sing for some reason. And a lot of these aren't piss heads like some are trying to blame for not contributing.

There was just weary, almost apathetic, resignation from the fans I spoke to on the way back to the tube. People are fed up, beyond anger or even that much sadness

I’ve still got anger in me. The club are becoming a joke.
A cash cow and cup final for lower league teams.

There is nothing wrong with having a good drink the day before , I can't understand how so many fans are still feeling the effect next day , more practice required ?? Probably explains the amount of pub closures , drink and football go hand in hand
 
Most fans were more concerned with Trafalgar Square than they were cheering on the team at Wembley.

We created very little atmosphere which has been the case most of the season tbh

Quiet on the way down on our coach, Wembley way was canny, seemed to change for the worse inside the ground, awful game to watch with us all knowing the outcome, couple of pints today & take stock, see what this summer & next season brings.

The singers and non-singers are all separated so most sections will appear flat especially if the team are playing shit.

I’m in no rush to go back to Wembley mind. Yesterday finished me with that place
 
A Canadian lass who supports Brighton but lives in Stoke send me a nice 'shame / bad luck' text last night.

This..if people think the footballing world have their eyes on us they need to give their heads a shake. We're a league 1 club with big support that's it..the quicker we all accept that (which includes the club and players) the quicker we can move forward..
