Support has been shite for a while now. I remember the 0-4 at home to villa where half the crowd left before half time. At that point the issue became undeniable. It’s been a problem for a while.

20 years ago all the under 30s would get the singing going, but this generation are used to sitting in a red plastic seat at the SoL and whinging. No surprise they do the same at Wembley. They’ve never known anything else really.

I don’t think it will ever improve. The passion has gone.
 
I’ve said it for bastard months it just seems our last few visits is more about drink than the game. Lads on here more concerned with how many cans and how early getting completely fucked then posting the next day eeeeeeee I’m knackered.Covent, trafalgar where’s the nearest offie etc etc.

Fans = shit
The closest the fans around me got to showing some passion today was to ask me to sit down.
Meanwhile the Charlton fans were bouncing at 1-1.

Absolutely they can. They’re just deranged if they think their behaviour at a match isn’t either a positive or negative influence on the players.
