Anybody have a problem with Ticketmaster last time? How do you sort it out?
Just logged in to buy tickets. Picked two for me and the bairn, went through the payment, my bank did extra security via text, that was accepted...
Then the page just hung for ages. Then it timed out and told me I had not succeeded in purchasing the seats.
Went back in and the two seats were available. It allowed me to put them in my basket but then refused to let me proceed. Tried this a few times.
Tried to buy different seats, but when I got to the payment page it refused saying I had already bought my allocation of seats.
The money has been earmarked in my bank account. The two seats I "bought" are no longer available. Ticketmaster believes I have bought seats. I've had no confirmation online or by email that I have bought them.
Is there a customer helpline??

Log back in and go into the my account section - confirmed bookings should be in there
Is there any way of knowing how many tickets have been sold so far?
Nightmare. On the positive side, it has taken the money and says that you have bought tickets - or else you'd be allowed to choose others. It seems to have glitched somewhere but I guess if you contact them tomorrow they'll be able to confirm and/or sort it. Mine did similar earlier on. Seemed to process but then never returned to a confirmation page, just went blank screen. Fortunately in my case a confirmation e mail turned up. Don't suppose you have received one? Been away all week and not long in. To save me reading through loads of stuff can anyone let me know whether it is being done same as Checkatrade with blocks up top released one at at time or have all blocks been put up for sale at once. We were in the middle tier last time but I assume most of these have gone

Down to one second remaining for me as the confirmation came to house phone and I didn’t have a pen handy ffs. Relief when it went through.The way it gives you 30 mins to put in card details then cuts it to 2 regardless the second you hit OK is a joke. I had to get a secure code through in that time from bank, enter it and then had to wait until the authorisation went through. The clock was down to 15 seconds by the time it confirmed. Had I of been any slower putting the code in the same woukd have happened to me. Its ridiculous and completely unnecessary.
