I paid for UK membership for me, my lads and my dad. When I try to add their membership numbers to mine on Ticketmaster it says they're not found! Great. Any suggestions please?
 
Do I need to buy one ticket in phase one to be eligible for phase two?
I have a season card but my mate does not. I am planning to wait until phase two to buy my two tickets so that I ensure my mate and I are sitting together.
The wording on the email says in phase two you can purchase up to SIX additional tickets per membership number. The word additional could mean you needed to have bought a ticket in phase one first.

For the checkatrade each person had to use their membership no to log onto ticketmaster individually and create a new account on there. You can then link memberships together through ticketmaster so one person can buy the seats together. Dunno if that helps.

Everyone needs to register before you can add them to your network.
