Check that you have assigned a ticket each, when you first click on them they will both/all be assigned to you, you will need to change a name or names to a different person, leaving one for yourself.
 
I'm panicking as I have to wait to stage 2 as I'm the only one of my friends with a season ticket still.

They have been to multiple games though this season

That is the first message you get once you’ve chosen your seats. Initially they will all be under your name - hence that message. Go down and reassign each ticket to ST members of your network. Once all reassigned that message should disappear.

Allocate the tickets - 1 per person
