Official Final ticket news

The very clear difference this time is the club explicitly made it clear that they were taking this approach this time.

You can agree with it or not, you can say someone is deserving of it or not, but the club have said upfront that season ticket holders and members will get priority to Wembley. Part of the membership is priority to Wembley tickets and as soon as a single membership has been sold on that basis then they have to honour it.

Given that

There's no way it will get to phase 3. It's designed not to. Your best bet is to organise to get someone to but you tickets in phase 2.

Everyone in phase 1 is guaranteed a ticket. They've got less than a week to get everything sold, processed and mailed out, so it makes sense to get as many sold as possible. As long as every season ticket holder is guaranteed a seat, which they are, then I don't see a problem.
There is no problem, should we ever get to a final where tickets are less I.e fa cup final, all st holders will be guaranteed whilst the membership lads won’t, some right Fanny’s really

Nobody seems to know if I can use my season ticket in phase 1 for myself, then buy additional in phase 2 for my mates?

Really think 6 per SC is too many in phase 2. Another pair is enough. I do feel sorry for Non SC holders.
SC holders should have had at least Friday over Membership as well to grab the best seats first.
I appreciate the timings with postage but what about print at home?

For anyone asking about the UK Membership Scheme it was launched in March before we went to Wembley the last time. They made it very clear purchasing this membership would give you priority for Wembely tickets after season ticket holders. Aye they were obviously cashing in and people may not like it but it was made clear enough at the time.

'Following on from the success of its international membership scheme, Sunderland AFC is launching a brand-new membership scheme for supporters based in the United Kingdom, who are unable to commit to a season card.

The UK membership, which allows fans to demonstrate their support for the club and enjoy some great benefits, will be split into two categories comprising of an adult membership and a concession membership (under 18/over 65).

Members who sign up to the seasonal membership package, which runs until 30 April 2020, will enjoy benefits including priority access to away tickets and cup fixtures, including any future finals and play-offs (after season card holders) and more.

The UK membership package includes:

  • Priority access to away tickets before general sale (after the Black Cat Point priority period)
  • Join the Black Cats Points scheme, with any points accrued then added to a future season card purchase
  • Priority access to cup fixtures, including any future finals and play-offs (after season card holders)
  • A match ticket for a home league game of your choice for just £10
  • 10% off safcstore.com for first online purchase
  • Exclusive membership card
Executive director, Charlie Methven, said: “Following the successful launch of our international membership scheme, we quickly focussed our attention on how we could give our UK-based fans, who are unable to commit to a season card, the opportunity to cement their commitment to the club.

“We have over 24,000 season card holders who are our lifeblood, but our support isn’t simply limited to the North East, and from Penzance to John O’Groats, I’ve quickly learnt that wherever you are in the world, you are never far away from a massive Lads fan.

“The UK membership will give those fans a chance to show their loyalty, while also being recognised as passionate supporters.”

An adult SAFC UK membership is available for £40 and a concession (under 18/over 65) is £25.'

Hoping i can get a couple sorted with a mate.

Took the risk but I wasn't paying the extra for a membership when saving for a season ticket.

Rules are rules lads and lasses, the top boy/girl makes them and everyone else follows them or fucks off and supports the mags.

Every season ticket holder can get a ticket and that’s fair, bottom feeders need to get lucky.

People are stating this as fact...is it fact?

How many memberships were sold?

SC + total memberships COULD be more than the allocation?
