5 wickets all day, we really are shite like. Proof that our total was horrific, as it’s looking likely to be about 100 short at the very least, as I suggested.

Doesn't help having only one type of bowler, if you exclude the young slow left armer who's green as grass.
 
Hmm, don't know. The pitch settled down and they played very well. But we were about 60 runs short on the first innings as TheRat said.

We bowled ok (as smoker) said we don't have much variation - apart from a left arm spinner who Vessels hit for 3 6's which got him going. Towards the end our bowlers looked despondent and bowled loosely, they were bowling well until Trevaskis got smashed about.

I think the fact Burnham was bowled shows Bancroft was racking his brains.

But I don't blame the coach for not playing Carse, it's obvious he has to be managed in his return season.
 
the dukes this year have been made to promote more runs, hence some of the big scores around

Thats the issue like, bowling looks bit dodgy at times, but we get 350 there more pressure on them

Rushworth bowls Whiteley and then his next over he hits the stumps and the bails don't come off! Ridiculous.

Exactly the same. It looks like nobody is capable of batting long enough to make a century, but plenty are capable of making a pretty 20 and 3s every other match. But that's no good to anyone.
