That’s pretty much how I see it, if he signs he’s saying he’s happy with what’s on offer from Ashley so can’t blame him anymore. Or he’s not getting what he wants but doesn’t have a better offer. He’d still have work under the pretence there’d been some agreement between them though.

Or he's given the assurances he's after but it transpires that Ashley lied. Which he has form for.

I’d agree. That is how most sensible people would see it. But have a look at post 146 and remember it’s the mags we’re on about mate.
