I completely agree. The team needs the support more than ever on Saturday.

Have a successful team and we will be one of the best supported teams in the land. We were fifth in league 1.....

They were in the play-offs in 1990, but didn't get past the semis. I guess that you know that, but you are getting Keegan v1 mixed up with Keegan v2

I’ve never seen a team and supporters as fired up as last night. As one. Meanwhile we arrogantly proclaim we have huge numbers of supporters and we are the best fans in the world because we’ve been shit for a few years and some of us keep coming back. The reality is there’s fuck all better to do and it seems a lot of our fans are extremely fickle and bitter. Pessimism breeds pessimism.

We need to turn up and get behind this shit little team of midgets and has beens once and for all. As one. And if you can’t be arsed to be part of that then fuck off and support South Shields or someone and don’t come back. If we balls it up then we can say well the fans tried, we did our bit. We go again

But Mr Miserable Get supporter who couldn’t be bothered to turn up unless the bairns get free tickets from school will be sitting in his chair writing shite on this message board and attacking those of us who want to see this club do well and go places.
