I would give Ross another chance , get some players in that have been scouted and not just brought in because they are free. Having said that if he did go I wouldn't lose too much sleep.

problem is many players who looked good at the start of the season have been built up then dropped like Gooch - Don't know why he does it ..

Don't know, I'd be surprised if they were all Ross's picks. I think it was just a case of getting who they could last summer because of the time there was and the need to fill the squad. I'm as pissed off as everyone else but don't think sacking the manager everytime is always the answer, we don't need massive surgery, just a few better players.

It's easy to blame the manager and I'm only lightly defending him, but some of the players are f***ing useless and would be useless in the conference.

Teams in a worse mess than us and a fraction of our budget have bounced straight back after being relegated to Div3.

If he stays in the job we are taking a massive risk.

Now normally I would think like this. It’s just the performances and lack of style of play, tactics that worry me. The fact that he’s making the same mistakes week in week out are a massive issue.

It's a total fallacy that he inherited or sorted out a mess.

On the day of the first preseason match, he already had Jon McLaughlin, Lynden Gooch, George Honeyman, Aiden McGeady, Chris Maguire, Tom Flanagan, Reece James, Lee Cattermole, Josh Maja, Dylan McGeough, Adam Matthews, and Bryan Oviedo.

More than a full team of players, who have played more than 25 games this season. Including 8 internationals, the club captain, the best player in the division, four players who have played 100+ games in the Premier League, two others who have played at that level, and our top scorer.

That was nearly a month before the season started and before he spent a penny of his budget which was more than double the rest of the league combined.

The owners dealt with the shite - Ndong, Kone, Rodwell, Djilobodji - that was never an issue for Ross at all.

And if things were a mess, why is that we won four of our first 5 games, but we have only won 1 of our last 5 games.

He didn't sort out a mess, others did, he has had every possible advantage going for him, and the longer he works with the squad the worse we get.
