f***ing terrible.

Sack him.

On current form we’ll easily get beat in the play offs.

Nope don’t agree. Has some work to do like. We’ve had to hefty a run in and I only expected 5 from the last 3. We ballsed it up in the winter tbh and also Maja’s moment did us. He needs a window with a bit of knowledge to find out what he’s made of and instability will make us a laughing stock. I do think we won’t go up though unless a break lifts us. Grigg Leadbitter and McGeady all struggling with injuries and need treatment.
That said systems make defences and his needs adjusting and also his subs need to hit the pitch at a killer time for the win not when we’ve already lost momentum.

All good teams give up leads now and then but this is ridiculous...how does a team continuously lose the foothold on games? How does it constantly switch off? The manager does bare the responsibility...it seems to me that they are not very well coached at all...it’s panic from opening kick to final whistle. I would give him to Christmas no matter what happens this year to get the football squared...or it’s down the road Jack.

It sounds ludicrous to replace him now on the face of it but the right one might just provide the lift to get the job done. Shit or bust. Bally would do for me cos lets face it, we all know the outcome if this joker is in charge for those games.

Bally gave yous a class lift when we paggered you 4-1 managed by Glenn Roeder that time at your place. It's a laughable suggestion whenever it comes up

Failure to get promotion out of this league despite having the best keeper in the league, best player in the league and having had the best striker in the league for the first half of the season would be hugely concerning. Failure to do it with those advantages plus the financial backing he's had for this level is f***ing ridiculous and can't be defended.

Given how badly we need to be promoted next season at the absolute latest we can't take the gamble of giving him another go at it

True, what we need is a shearer style appointment to steer us through these troubled waters.

What exactly is the tactic other than a long hoof forward hoping for the ball to break? I’ve honestly got no idea what it is we’re trying to do. Without McGeady, that team lacks any creativity whatsoever.

This aswell. f***ing Honeyman ffs. He offers nothing.
Worst decision Ross made was giving him the captaincy. He’s had to find a way to accommodate him in the side every week when he shouldn’t even be playing. That is how far we’ve fallen. Honeyman is the first name on the team sheet and we’ve basically built our team around him all season.
