I amnot sure why I am even responding to you to be honest, if I did that to Shearer you'd say the exact opposite.

Apparently he did according to another poster but as you say Townsend did anyway.

Can’t get all indignant over mags doing it if we do the same. Poor from both imo.
 
Just saw the video and it’s habdbags really, lot of holding back going on.

He does chuck a Deontay Wilder style windmill over mind.

I guess the difference being Pickford was one of the stars of the world cup only last summer and they were praising and loving him

6 months later calling his lass a fat c**t in a Sunderland bar.

One of the journos did a good tweet of the guy who posted the video slagging twitter off next to a tweet from the summer praising him

If someone went up to shearer and called his wife something, I'd have no issue with Shearer twatting them.

If pickford started throwing punches as a few jovial songs were sung, he's out of order. If folk were going up to him being abusive to his face, then they deserve a slap tbh.

@WildTurkey is being obtusive and he knows it. Totally different situations. Why isn't he comparing pickford with Shearer when shearer was violent against someone on a pitch,kicking them in the face, or violent against a team mate, punching them on a works outing? (most companies would fire someone for this tbh)

He's out on the lash in Boldon and a Newcastle fan is teasing him about football and nothing happens other than him giving the finger and posing for photos.

Then he is pictured in Sunderland having a brawl. The accusation is it all kicked off because someone said something about his partner. Did the bloke from Boldon follow him there or was it someone else? Was it a bloke or a woman who made the alleged remark? Was that person a Newcastle fan? What was said in the run up to the remark in Sunderland?

And I’ve said nothing ‘to get a rise’, I have given my opinion which originally came from ‘none of them (NUFC) have any class’. Very similar to the Portsmouth Fans thread where in the very first post this shit ‘class’ word is used.

All clubs have dickheads, all clubs have hooligans, all clubs have good fans, all clubs have loyal fans, all clubs like to sing at matches, all clubs have opinions on other clubs.

To clarify, this post is not intended ‘to get a rise’, it’s just what I think

I dont think there's a link between the videos at all in terms of why it's kicked off in the second.

Think the papers have portrayed it that way and added an extra bit nonsense on top to beef it up a bit.

I didn’t defend Shearer when he kicked Lennon in the face just because he was from Newcastle
