Spoke to the police. It’s a civil manner.

I told them I was going to get a hire car and send an invoice to them, they have already refused to pay it.

I’ll be there come rain or shine.

It’s only a civil matter if your local Council has responsibility for enforcing parking provisions under what is known as Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE). If you’re in Sunderland they haven’t so it is a police matter.

i don’t know if this should be in football section however it is to do with the cup final...

I was due to drive down the Wembley on Saturday however my lovely next door neighbours have went on holiday and left my car blocked on the drive up the side of my house.

We have been given permission to move it as long as we don’t damage it. Is there anyone that can help me get it moved tomorrow?
Get 2 sets of wheeled car jacks, a local garage might hire you some for an hour. Jack it up and get your mates to give you a hand to push it to the nearest double yellow lines and park it there. Super glue the windows and doors.Go to Wembley.

I’m guessing it’s one of them shared drives. I’m sure there must be more to it mind.

What you done to upset him in the past? You keep blocking him in?

No problems in the past. Although they are a weird pair. Won’t acknowledge you unless you speak first.

I work away so often park it on the drive. They have always been ok with that arrangement.

Just seems they had a total brain fart and forgot to tell us.

I'm not one for put downs, but if you're really going to smuggly correct someone, you should make sure you're right. Otherwise you look a bit daft ;).

I don’t understand why the Estate Agent only has one key? If they are doing the viewings (albeit they may not be) how will they show prospective buyers around

I don’t understand either.

We better win after all this! I’ll message SD On Twitter, see if he can get it off
