Names And Numbers On Whites

Helmets have made scoring much more difficult as players can be hard to distinguish between. I don’t have name and number on my shirt (I don’t like it personally) but have no issues with others, as long as its not bantz nicknames and anyone walking out to bat with 69 in their shirt will deservedly be sledged to fuckery

Wish our club did it, nothing worse than everyone kitted out in club gear, you can never easily tell what gear is yours

Another tinkering with tradition that does not need to be done. Guess he next logical step after that is local clubs then, and the problems with thatbhad already been mentioned I think...

Don't agree ,think this could help, wouldn't it be great saying kids buying test tops with their favourite player on

I’m not too bothered really, but I can’t see how you can read the name on the back of (say) long off at the far side of the ground.

An American gimmick and adds very little (not needed in football either imo)

It's been happening in club cricket for years.
This. Some players seem more concerned getting the right number than improving their play

How many kids do you see buying test tops in comparison to t20/ODI ones though?
If they want a name on, just get a shorter format one.
