I laughed at harry being the last horcrux, that was awful.
Why?
It goes all the way back to one of the very first reveals of story - he can talk to snakes.
That's why.

Prisoner of azkhaban was my favourite. It was the most believable it didn't have any major plot holes and felt like it was realistic (not magic and stuff but the characters reacted to the stakes and situations as a normal person would have)
Apart from the gigantic elephant in the room of the time machine!

The books and films were fantastic. I was in special needs education at the time of the early films and I saw from my own little snapshot the effect that they had. Inspired a generation to pick up a book. A definite hit from me.

I thought you were a bit thick, so that explains it

;-)

It was just very cliche.... He dies, comes back to life and then runs very awkwardly over to his friends.

I don't think the stakes of the situation wee represented properly but... its a kids book so ya nar... Fair enough

Oh right, well they need to make that clearer for us who didn't read the books.

I was just sat there thinking if the stakes are so high why are they constantly trying to just disarm their opponents.

The battle of hogwarts was pretty shit aswell... I don't know why it's just hogwarts either, it felt a bit low grade tbh... but I'm not expert on the matter.

I laughed at harry being the last horcrux, that was awful and the acting of the three main characters was terrible in every one tbf...

That's my "i would change" list.

Voldy knew Harry was there, and that he'd figured out what the last horcruxes were and where they were hidden. Also, pretty much all the most powerful good wizards happened to be at Hogwarts as a bonus, so he turned up there to finish it.

That's before I even start on the symbolism of it being the only home he ever had etc etc etc

You'd think some of the other schools, or government or just wizards in general would have bothered fighting in the streets.... if the crisis was that big.

I love how voldermorts people just twist the millenium bridge up aswell for the crack. They don't reveal themselves to muggles and take over governments or destroy armies..... they just spook people a bit

What was it, 8 films, 2 hours each - 16hrs.

Little bit more

(2001) - 152 min.

2. (2002) - 161 min.

3. (2004) - 142 min.

4. (2005) - 157 min.

5. (2007)- 138 min.

6. (2009) - 153 min.

7. (2010) - 146 min.

8. (2011) - 130 min.

They took over the wizarding government and were setting about taking over the non-wizarding one.

There was still a lot of fear about 'outing' themselves to the whole world.
