This I can confirm. Not just there either. Buildings hoyed up all ower with what are sometimes almost experimental materials, bad design and two fingers up at anyone living in them or near them.
 
Mike Ashley signed a 5 year lease for the landfill in 2017.
The cost; £55 million :lol:
The cost of the lease reflected the value of the planning application.

Of course, but the mag text in this is that he's sold a plot of land for £120m which he bought from the club for pennies.

The reality is that it was probably a few million to buy and a small profit on top - there being a benefit to the club in terms of cash flow egg.

Aye, so I am told by my mate who is a pro in the field. Buildings all over the place have this stuff or worse on the exteriors of their structures. Inflammable, weak, but oh so good on "U" values.

I could take you to buildings which have essentially polystyrene exteriors, coated with a plaster which looks them look like concrete. You can poke a screwdriver through them if you were inclined. One of them is a hospital!
