While it wont be 4 mill it will be too much. I partly blame SD on social media it was blatantly obvious he couldn't come back with 'no deal' given his public utterances. It will probably be 1.5 up front and more depending on promotion etc.

Honestly mate, f***ing mental some of our lot. They'll be first to take the piss out of the mags, but we have plenty whoppers ourselves like. We've paid why we'll end up off Maja and no doubt it will only be 4m if we go up. Aye over priced, but he's delivered on what he promised. We've had plenty good deals and got players for next to nowt as well. If Grigg score the goals to get us promoted, will anyone care we've put a bit over? Last thing I'll think of.

Some will still moan about it. Something along the lines of him not being good enough for the championship or wasted some of our budget on him so now we are fucked.

Mags will always find a positive, our lot a negative.
 
I might not be normal, but i couldn't care less about the fee.

We sold our best striker and to get promoted, we need obviously goals. None those strikers we had left, couldn't guarantee that.

Now we're getting a proven goalscorer at this level(to say the least), who can help us get up.

I'm happy with this!

Fuck that, I go to watch the accounts/books flying down the wing. If it is a total of 4m quid it will completely ruin promotion for me, even if its his goals that clinch it.
