Wigan are taking the piss but the club only have themselves to blame. Who leaves signing two strikers until deadline day?

We’ve put up with enough shite at SAFC over the years.

Whilst I’m not naive or blindly believing everything that the new owner tells us, surely you can see the difference he’s made so far? I think he’s done enough already to earn a little more trust in his ability to get things done. Let’s see where we are at close of play tonight.
 
Stewart Donald is completely to blame here. You don't sell your best striker without buying a replacement first, every club has us completely over the barrel now and it seems despite new owners, the same mistakes are still happening, really is amateurish stuff.
 
This was always going to happen when we let maja leave before getting his replacement in. Clubs know that we’ve just got a transfer fee and that we’re desperate for a replacement. We’ve got no power in any of these negotiations. It’s like watching the news about brexit!

He’s worth 1 mill max if he gets us up , don’t want to pay over the odds for a
Striker who struggles above league 1 , Wigan’s fans reckon he’s average at best and a league 1 striker , known us he will sign a 5 year contract and we will be stuck with him for years

Of course theres a huge difference but we are desperate for 2 forwards to give us a chance of going up. Im sure they are trying like.
