If i see power and cattermole and Maguire in the starting 11 in that midfield '3' before the Wimbledon game it will be the first time I'll question him to any degree.

He simply has to find a way to play someone upfront with maja, or get honeyman behind maja, or onien in th4 middle with mcgeoch and watmore up top with maja, or 3 at the back and bring Oviedo back in... Something new... don't know exactly what, but that's his job and our current system simply isn't working, and hasn't for the last 2 months, he must be able to see it. Carry on like this and there are a few more defeats coming our way.

For what it's worth, I like the bloke and to get us to 3rd within spitting distance of top is fantastic considering where we were back in June, but the steadying of the team is done, we need to find a way to start dominating
 
It's pretty frustrating that we're not seeing games out but we're not in a bad position in a shit league. Ross was pretty honest tonight and he recognises that we're not good enough in certain areas. We should be battering a few teams but we'd have taken this position at the start after the dross we've been served up for the last few years. I like Jack Ross. Intelligent, talks well and I think he knows where we're struggling. Need to just stick together and get us in the top two. Convinced we'll make it. Keep the faith
 
Good morning, gentlemen. Beauty sleep beckons. I'm playing catch up, by a decade or two. It's a race I'm destined to lose, but I'll carry on regardless (!), phwoar, bishop, matron & justice of the peace...Enjoy yer respective Keino sessions....
 
Also fuck knows why are playing so deep and defensive. We should be pressing teams and playing them off the park. Half the time the players are jogging around (apart from Onien who works his arse off)
