It's absolute shite. Danny Murphy for once made a good point saying that it ruins the moment of a goal being scored.

If they must have it then the way it's used should be restricted so that it corrects only genuinely clear and obvious errors - so e.g. the video refs are allowed maybe two replays at full speed from all available angles. IMO it should only be used to correct something a referee with a correct view would have been able to see in real time.
