Well thats not good enough IMO, massive crowds, brought a lot in from fees, I get that we owed legacy payments or whatever, but thats the absolute minimum they are trying to do there, its an unnecessary risk and a gamble IMO

We can still go up, we might do, but I don't see why they need to gamble like that

Well I don't agree with them then, I think they should have invested bit more in the team, got lucky with Maja really, give them the benefit of the doubt for the summer as they had a lot to do, but now is the time to invest and get the hell out of this league

we are talking about such small sums as well that I am on about, couple mill max

Donald has said the money is there, within reason obviously, if the manager needs it. Ross has already stated he doesn't feel he needs too much. That's HIS choice. Doesn't mean we haven't got funds available.

It's not luck with Maja really is it? If we don't spend it will be down to the manager as we've been told money is available

Yeah it is, they got lucky like, nobody had predicted him starting every game and scoring that much

we were at least a striker short in the summer.

Not really, depends how much is available, if its minimal then we won't be able to buy anyone better than what we have

Doesn't mean we do to improve the team

Not going to improve the first XI on a few 100k player

I am not having a massive go like, thepoint was there has been minimal investment in the team thats all

It's not lucky. Do the coaching staff take no credit for player improvement?
There is money to invest, its not going to be anything we can't afford.

Yes I know, but if the manager doesn't feel we need to strengthen at the moment it doesn't matter about how much funds we have.

thing is..in league one a couple of million isnt small sums

people still have the wrong mindset about where we are and our income compared to our running costs

Its not really a relevant point, he'd improve every position if he could, as every manager in the world would. Its about prioritising positions when yyou have such limited funds

It is small when you consider our current income mate

I get what you mean, but if you take it too far you end up being a league one club for years
