Me too. He got a lot of recognition playing his part in that band. A lot of people gave him a second listen and liked what they were hearing. I love his voice.

I have quite a few of his albums, but I bought one Unchained Melodies which is Roy's original voice recordings accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, which was good and added another twist to his music.
They've brought one out with Buddy Holly's voicetracks just recently .

Jeff lynne said that Orbison could sing notes and parts of songs that the others couldn’t, and that they were often in awe of him.
