Live next April, including Manchester Arena on Sunday 28th April.
Tkts go on sale 10am this Friday.

Saw them on a double bill with Michael MacDonald. Canny turn.

Anyone ever watch ‘Live From Daryl’s House’

He has a bunch of performers from all styles play with his house band in his home studio. They play on each other’s songs then they all go out for some bait and a bit banter. Great telly!

I’ve seen quite a bit of that as the in-laws are huge fans. It’s really enjoyable and the musicians he plays with are superb. The one with Smokey Robinson is particularly good.

My son can book them for us tomorrow morning. I think we are all going. My kids grew up listening to them, I’ve seen them quite a few times and in my humble opinion they are very talented and have a great band.
This could be our last chance to see them over here.
Yeah, love the Live from .Daryl’s House shows. Some great musicians.

Always wanted to go see them and was lucky to see them last year at the o2 dome in London
And the sound was shocking, worst ever sounding gig just a mushy noise was gutted

I saw them during their first uk tour - way back in the 70s when the City Hall in Newcastle was about quarter full. They toured again the following year after they’d had a hit (‘rich girl’ maybe) and it was packed.

Both times the band was really tight and played a good set

Always liked Daryl Halls voice. Sounds a bit like Todd Rundgren. From the same place (Phili) and have worked together often - check out ‘Live from Daryls house’ or whatever its called on your youtube. Of course he’s no Todd but who is?

John Oates - if YouTube (again) is anything to go by has gone all gruff.

Like a bit of old school blue eyed soul me.

You should like this then from Rundgrens house. Like you say Daryl is no Todd ( Thank the Lord)

Abandoned Luncheonette was Sunday morning listening for me for decades. When I saw they were on at the dome I was ower the moon.......then I saw the price. Heard it was poor and upthread confirms it. Gonna check for London details.

Hmmmm. Very reluctant to give any prices aren’t they!

If Absndoned Luncheonette was your bag doubt you’d appreciate what they’ll probably play anyway.
