There’s a theory that some balls are warmed up and some are left cold, meaning you can’t pick up two hots or two colds. Has anybody heard anything similar? I’m not sure as I believe it because as someone says above Everton have played Liverpool plenty.

That’s how Sep Blatter used to roll! Pardon the pun.

We've both been in the 3rd round every year of my life (and sometimes later rounds where the chances of meeting would be better) and never played them, so no reason why this year would be different. I'd really like it though.

I'm thinking green street.

Did wonder when the two Welsh sides drew each other in the 2nd Round

Where is this going? Every cup draw since 1871 has been fixed? Wanderers five wins should be reversed and Old Carthusians were robbed

We would end up drawing the Mags then getting beat by Walsall in the replay.

Loads of former players have done the draw. One would have talked by now. We came close a few seasons back when we were in the last four balls with them.

If we drew Newcastle I'd play the under 16s v Walsall. Newcastle would absolutely batter us. As would any premier league club

Everton and Liverpool seem to have played each other loads. 60 odd years since the last game between us suggest that it's possible. I would say it's quite unbelievable that we've never played each other for so long.

It’s because Liverpool and Everton generally have much better cup runs.

The chances of a derby would be much greater if us or the scum could get though to the last 8 (or even 16) on a much more regular basis

The odds are pretty high NOT to get them tbf !

Charlton got beat yesterday so if its not a great draw I wouldnt mind going out and playing Charlton away on the day its meant to be played
