Syrian kid bullied in Huddersfield

I was thinking more along the lines of criminal charges.

#makejamalrich
He won't get prosecuted either.

You're welcome, but ... I didn't actually say folk weren't allowed - so I don't know why you're digressing.

For the record (and satisfying your obsession with me) it is ridiculous that a kid should get that amount if it was from one source.

I'll explain further, in case you're struggling. If one benefactor or philanthropist said, "here you go Jamal, here's a £100k", now THAT would be silly.

But if folk want to give away pocket change to make his life a little bit better, that is not "ridiculous" at all.
Like I said....

why not? 'Tommy' been spreading his lies; and the family are getting more cash by the hour.
... even with all that cash its quite possible a law firm to do this pro bono... wouldn't be too surprised if one will. what happens then?

Yaxley Lennon is in the shit on this
Because you can't sue someone for telling a lie based on misinformation. He believed it to be true at the time and has been set up by someone. He's since clarified and redacted.

I hope it goes to court but he won't get sued for that. Imagine the result? How many more people could be sued if everytime they say something they believe to be true but turns out isn't they can be sued?

Let's hope the 147 isn't the maximum.

tell that to his solicitors they think he's got a case..... :) oh dear, and they not take it if they didn't think they could get a result otherwise this being very high profile they'd look like clowns

Tommy Robinson is a bellend at times but I am convinced there is way more to this story and over the coming weeks am sure it will NOT be reported on BBC/Sky and other main stream media but will come out on the real news channels on the internet.

All solicitors think you've got a case when they're being paid.

This isn't no win - no fee.

I hope they do by the way, I hope they go to court.

but youve just said that wont happen?

as ive posted above...

Given the national interest in this matter; they'd not take it if they didn't think they could get a result otherwise this being very high profile they'd look like clowns

too much to lose?

Yeah I don't reckon it will happen but I hope it does.

I don't reckon sunderland will win the premier league in my lifetime either but I hope they do.

I don't even know how much to believe because it' all on social media, loads of shite is going about.

But if you play this out logically he can't be successfully sued.

The precedent in law would be insane.

A person says something online based upon evidence they believe to be true, it turns out this is not true, they go online again within 24 hours to explain that this is now not true.

Imagine if you could be sued for that? The court cases would never end. Whenever people get sued for posting lies it's usually because they either don't have any reason to believe the claims (hence most newspaper stories simply say "a source said") or they refuse to back down from the claim and apologise (see katie hopkins)

justice will be served ... this kids a victim ... of the bully and subsequently by a malicious act via a high profile wannabe demagogue. bottom line is this... as a victim you shouldn't have you suffering compounded by online retards just because your from a different race and are no the beneficiary of largesse generosity by the good old British public, i love this country warts and all and the gofundme reminds me that for all our problems when the shit hits the fan we can muster a positive response... Britain at its social best

The justice should have been done within the school like any form of bullying. If it was explicitly racial based and completely one sided (the other stories about jamal attacking others turn out to be untrue) I have no problem with the kid being suspended or expelled.

But this... that is going on... is insanity.

Out of court settlement?
Why would you settle for something you aren't gonna lose? It's not like TR has anything better to do, this adds to his publicity. He'll have fans outside the court again.

Actually come to think of it I hope it doesn't go to court because if his fans turn up and a load of muslims turn up to support jamal it'll only end badly.

The kids family apparently appointed Mayfair lawyers to pursue Yaxley Lennon...
YL... he's got a decent criminal record

Assault
In 2005, Robinson was jailed for 12 months for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, for which he was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment, and assault with intent to resist arrest, for which he received a concurrent term of three months.

Assaulting a police officer
In 2010, Robinson was charged with assaulting a police officer during clashes at a poppy burning protest. After the fighting, a police officer was taken to hospital after trying to intervene in a 50 man brawl.

Rooftop protest
In 2011, Robinson and EDL co-founder Kevin Carroll flew to Zurich to protest on the roof of a FIFA building that England were not allowed to wear poppies on their kit because of FIFA’s political symbol ban. They were fined £3,000 for their troubles.

Assault at his own rally
In 2011, Robinson was convicted of assault for an attack at an EDL march in Blackburn. After he was goaded for being a government and police informant Robinson launched into a verbal tirade against those protesting against him. Robinson then proceeded to headbutt one of the march goers.

Luton football riot
In July 2011, Robinson was found guilty of leading a brawl that included 100 Luton Town football fans into a fight with Newport County fans. Fans were heard chanting ‘EDL till I die.’ For the crime committed, he was given a suspended 12-month prison sentence and banned from Luton football matches for 3 years.

Using someone else’s passport
In January 2013 Robinson was jailed for 10 months for travelling to the USA on his friend’s passport. Robinson admitted the charge of possession of a false identity document with improper intention. The passport Robinson used was under the name of Andrew McMaster. He checked himself in on the way out from Heathrow airport however when he arrived in the USA customs officials took his fingerprints and realised he was using a passport that was not his own.

Mortgage fraud
In 2014, Tommy Robinson was sentenced to prison for 18 months for committing mortgage fraud with the crime dating back to 2009. After pleading guilty in November 2013 to committing £160,000 worth of mortgage fraud Robinson was sentenced at St Albans Crown Court.

Whilst passing the sentence, the judge told Robinson: ‘This was an operation which was fraudulent from the outset and involved a significant amount of forward planning.’

“I am satisfied you took part in a thoroughly dishonest course of conduct,’ he told him.

Contempt of court 1
In 2017, Robinson was given a 3 month suspended sentence after he admitted a contempt of court charge for attempting to photograph juvenile defendant in a court case whilst having no right to do so. Court security had told Robinson not to film in and around the court as it would lead to his arrest. The 3 month suspended sentence could be activated within 18 months.

Contempt of court 2
Finally, earlier this year, the crucial case that led to Robinson being jailed and sparked the ridiculous Free Tommy protests. Robinson is currently serving a 13-month sentence for contempt of court. Robinson was arrested after Facebook live streaming outside Leeds Crown Court for an hour despite their being reporting restrictions on the case. Because he had a suspended sentence for the same crime the judge sentenced Robinson to 13 months in prison. Robinson pled guilty.

And yet some morons on here will defend him

If "Tommy" hadn't got involved he wouldn't have landed himself in the shit.
Amazing how many times that happens isn't it?
Stupid fucker.

He'll get what's coming to him.

I see your point there. Hopefully he'll be dealt with APPROPRIATELY AND LEGALLY if it comes to that and we don't get any knuckle draggers wasting police time and money outside courts

the genrority isnt insanity ( i think that what you mean) . its just britain doing what it does... there is a lot of decent people out there who are shocked/saddend and cant help directly but given the chance to help indirectly they do. money doesnt solves the sources of the problem but can help fix a challenging future.

Anyone else wondering why all the bleeding heart liberals are so keen to have incidents like this highlighted and even see that the victim is given money yet they are strangely silent when a similar incident involving a white child being attacked is brought to light?
I think because we feel sorry for the Syrians who have gone through absolute horror.
Family members dead, had to flee from ruined buildings, no food - what they have had to go through doesn’t bare thinking about.
Having to flee from home so they won’t die. That little boy has probably gone through more heartache and Shite than most folk on this board put together.
Then he comes to Britain and gets bullied.

If a white person is attacked there isn’t that sympathy at them having a whole life which has been one of terror. We can feel more sorry for this poor Syrian lad.
I don’t like the fact that race is brought into it - if a white lad had been caught getting bullied, and it came out that they had disability’s, or something to make people feel more sorry for them, do you not think that people would highlight the incident and give generously to a gofundme page?

Have you got any links to similar incidents involving a white child being attacked?
Please include evidence of bleeding heart liberals being silent in your reply.

Ta. :D
