Why not? It doesn’t make you any less partisan towards Sunderland if you (begrudgingly) give Newcastle credit where it’s possibly due.

If anything, it’s just looks embarrassing if your are overwhelmingly blinkered.
Why would I give them credit? I just wouldn't do it and if I did I wouldn't mean it. That's the nature of the beast with me others will call me childish. I really do not give a toss. I don't want Newcastle to win a game of tiddlywinks never mind football. Is that clear enough for ya?

How old are you? Just give an age range.

I'm a Sunderland fan and Newcastle are a bigger club, but that's fine it's just the way it is.
Ah cut and dried no debate huh … Hmmmmmmmm :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

None of your business …

I’m just interested to see how your username will be ‘magged’ on the back of this statement.

Will he go with the unimaginative ‘ErichMag’ or something more elaborate?
He's in the black book :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

To be blinkered like you are as (I presume) a grown adult is quite frankly ridiculous .

Nah, being ridiculous is claiming club A who in the last 25 years has had several top 6 finishes in the top flight, with regular European football is bigger than club B which has had absolutely none of that.

Didn’t you read page 17 of the ‘How to be a Sunderland fan’ handbook?

Don't get me wrong I'm not convinced of your argument but to dismiss it purely because you're a mag is crackers.

Judging by your posts on here I'd say about 17

Big club debates are tiresome but my point was it was ludicrous in itself to suggest the Newcastle side of the argument is ludicrous.

I wrote the handbook fella keep up. Depends what part of history you invoke as part of your thesis. Do you count getting beat 6 times on the trot as meaning nothing. History is history marra you can't compartmentalise to suit your argument. You lot had a go and probably should have won the title  but it may well have bankrupted you if the poor benighted Ashley hadn't come along. So in answer to your question if you'd won the title i'd have grudgingly admitted that your are nearly as good as us just one title to catch up.:lol::lol::lol:

Thanks and you still at nursery? Clever boy …

For clarification, is any degree of acknowledgment towards NUFC from a SAFC fan make him a suspect of disloyalty ?
If say a Sunderland supporter acknowledged that Alan Shearer was a fantastic Newcastle United player, would that be enough for you to suspect his allegiance ?
If in turn, I acknowledge that Kevin Phillips ( granted way before your time ) was also a great player, do I support Sunderland ?

I didn’t even quote you in that reply, you keep up.

Can’t be arsed with the rest, I dozed off when you were passing off 6 individual non-deciding league results as being massively significant.
You really are snide and boring, 6 in a row still hurting I see. You'll be back in the relegation zone shortly :lol::lol::lol:

I agree with one of your statements :lol::lol::lol:

Well, at least you have irony in your repertoire.

That’s something, I guess.
Repertoire? You posh git. Now that's ironical.

So you're saying Newcastle are the bigger club than Sunderland, by only including their histories from 92/93 onwards?
You really are a textbook Mag, as well as a snidey fucker.

well, i honestly think that you are all kidding yourselves here tbh, the reason you like l1 is simply because you are in it, you cant tell me you honestly enjoy sitting in a half closed stadium, playing teams with players that no one has even herd of , compared to the prem , when you played teams with players that you know, some of the best players in the world playing you at a near capacity sol with a fantastic atmosphere ( win or lose) going away to some of the biggest stadiums in the country, derbies, more tv coverage, upsets ( beating Chelsea/city etc) on motd, finding easy streams if you cant make the game, on tv more, always being talked about in the media ( for whatever reason) having stars like jd ,phillips, quinny etc playing for you, waiting for the transfer rumours & thinking , " hes a cracking player" instead of " who the fook is he?" having local rivals ( and beating them 6 in a row!) looking at the fixtures when they are published to see when you play Newcastle , who do you look for 1st now? Doncaster ? they are the rivals now ,cant have any meaningful banter with Newcastle fans anymore, they are literally leagues apart, i honestly would rather to be looking forward to playing , palace/Newcastle/ Southampton etc than Bradford/Scunthorpe .The top 4/6 club thing i agree with, but there are another 16/14 teams in there , so try & be the best of the rest. Tin hat firmly on, but that's just my opinion, i await the abuse

PMSL

"Can't have any meaningful banter with Newcastle fans anymore"

We aren't on one of the shite Newcastle fans forums, don't attend Newcastle games in a desperate attempt to be noticed, try and convince Sunderland fans that they arent enjoying going to games when they are.

The reason for being on here rather than on a Man City, Liverpool or Chelsea forum is you don't matter to them. You make up the numbers in the Premier League.

Oh forgot, you're neutral:lol:
