Good win,

A run of winnable fixtures coming up between now and xmas presents a decent opportunity to put a bit of daylight between us and bottom 3.
Here’s hoping eh ?

did I just read that the Sports Minister has passed comment on the way he runs Newcastle ? that's DISGUSTING

clubs with serious mismanagement, dodgy going on, going into administration, having their stadiums taken away and loads of other issues, yet she felt the need to tell Ashley to improve his relationship with fans? in a team that's in the Premier league and as far as we know not in a mountain of debt

am I living on another planet here???

Tbf they probably just got a post it note on their desk saying 'Will you just say something about this to keep the peace'. All they've done is asked him to improve relationship with fans. They haven't demanded he does it or reprimanded him in any way. They couldn't give a fuck. They just want to at least say something to settle the clowns down a bit.

First win in six months.

“Good set of winnable fixtures coming up”

“Put some daylight to the relegation places”

f***ing hell. What they don’t seem to realise is that if they keep winning then why the fuck would Ashley invest in the squad in January?

No way would this have been tolerated if the roles were reversed. PS.. For the record, there is no way the lad with the drill is her dad.. He is a Ryhope lad and no way would have a daughter who supports the darkside..

They only beat Watford :lol::lol::lol::lol:

One of the most inconsistent teams in the league.

If they perform how they did on Saturday, they are likely to lose a lot more games than win them, Watford should of been out of site, it should be a very big worry to the mags, they cannot give teams that many chances and win many games, they got lucky yesterday imo.

I work in Newcastle and we have volunteer days. If we ended up doing something NUFC related I’d likely turn up wearing something Sunderland related. It’d be a laugh and I’d be a bit miffed if I was turned away.

Used to work in Gateshead and we had various dress up for charity days. We had a bad taste day so I wore a NUFC top.

What made it better was several Geordies thought I'd seen the light and converted. Should have seen their faces when I pointed out it was bad taste day and then the penny dropped

Of course they got lucky, yet the brain dead idiots are claiming Rafa pulled off the ultimate tactical masterclass.

Bournemouth will wipe the floor with them next week.

Guess you only read what you want. I thought from that post and the one about 29 points by 3rd round weekend it would've been clear I was joking.
Especially my post after that I was saying how everybody has done badly and we are right in a relegation fight

In fairness to you you are calling it as it is and have kept your sense of humour in doing so too.
What i dont understand is how you were so positive at Man Utd , which yielded almost a great result, but have been so defensive in every other game
