no idea. tbf they've called it a 'protest against sports direct' which is far more appealing, given their use of sweatshops [aka modern slavery] and other entirely non ethical practises. protesting against sports direct is one thing but i'd be surprised if any other football fan in the world is gullible enough to think the mags give the slightest fuck about that, they just want even more millions pumped into their clerb

They are shocking mind. Would they be protesting against Sports Direct if they were top of the league? No chance.

Keep banging on about their low net spend, and crying that Ashley won't sell their club for less. Aren't both partly because they owe him £150million or so? Debt accumulated through overspending which helped them over achieve. The over achieving gave them a false sense of their historical position in football.

Exactly. Michael Owen wouldn’t have signed for them if they weren’t over-spending. They were happy when he and others signed but now their plan has failed spectacularly they can’t handle the consequences. It’s quite childish really.

I think even we have been a bit brainwashed by what has went on up there. Unless you are over 40 (or look at their trophy cabinet), you wouldn’t understand that they really were a very average football club before Keegan took over as manager.

I hope the police have the same attitude to the Mags as they did the miners 30 odd years ago in Shirebrook.

Maybe they’ll also bring the army in!

Meanwhile back in lala land Rafa benitez is blameless in all of this, the bloke should be knighted as he's got the mag simpletons eating out the palm of his hand :lol::lol:

Do the deluded fuckas seriously believe liverpool fans are going to spend their pre match on boxing day joining hands and booing sports direct

I’m not saying they won’t get relegated and Palace went on a phenomenal run to get well out of the relegation zone. All I’m saying is other teams have been as shit as Newcastle in the past but they could get out of the relegation zone. Tomorrow. With one win.

It’s frustrating from a rival point of view that had other teams been this shite (like us in the past) we and they would be well adrift.

When we get relegated we usually finish bottom hands down, when they do it’s usually 19th and a close call.

Understood, but I’m expecting it to be different this season.
