you've just admitted that he's nothing more than a chequebook manager.
he's just another one on the managerial merry go round fooling fans by blowing smoke up their arses and you gullible fools have fell for it big style. a good manager will be able to work with what he's got, perhaps playing to a teams strengths or using tactics to get a result instead of deflecting blame onto others for their failings.
