He's just another Ashley lackie like Pardew. He's there for the £££. Any principled boss would have walked when it was apparent that fat Mike wasn't going to give him any transfer money. Keegan was right about Ashley all them years ago.

Anyone who says that Ashley doesn't care. He looked utterly gutted sitting in the stands there.

I've got a feeling he'll start avoiding matches again shortly.

Commentator reckons that MA will now know he will have to invest in the January window. Not at the prices they will be quoted for a relegation facing team - who will want to join as well. He doesn't need a chequebook manager anyway.
