f***ing mental, tactically better than any manager we have had for a long time. Over recent weeks made changes mid games to turn games around......Our failure to deal with basics like defending crosses from dead balls is not down to the manager, just rank poor defending by seasoned pros.

We're in league 1 mate. It's up to him to sort the set plays out. Recruitment has let him down is his only defence

have praised him in previous games, not felt so 'secure' the previous two and i think we would all agree he had to change things...when i saw the team he was putting out i was very happy with it and expected a good game.

as it turned out that team did not really turn up until we basically got a goal from nothing, the subs had a bit of an impact but as said earlier in the thread it would be better if he did not have to change things around every game, still early days and the team is still learning about each other and in some ways getting that first loss may not be a bad thing...if we had gone 12 or so games not getting beat that depended on us riding our luck we would not be happy.

Got it totally wrong today , nullified our best attacking threat “ Gooch “ ,dropped the promising fullback Hume ( Oviedo even out of position at RB would have been better that Mathews ) , add to that the previous 3 games where we have been poor , atm we are getting worse as the season progresses .

Based on what?

I haven't criticised Ross myself, but I don't think anyone is above criticism and I can understand why fans may be asking questions after we've failed to beat Oxford, Fleetwood and Burton Albion. To suggest they are not proper fans is wrong. Everyone deserves an opinion whether people agree with it or not.

Fans simply accepting second best helped contribute to our demise in the first place imo. Therefore, if there are fans that are questioning tactics, work ethic, team selection etc. they are well within their right to do so. We should be competing for promotion and so far, we've been far from convincing.

Spot on imho, I don't care what has happened in the past it's a new season and the last 3 teams we played we picked up 2 points. It's clearly not good enough and it needs to be sorted out now

First game in a while (due to working abroad) and I absolutely loved it. Regardless of the scoreline or the league, the games are actually reallygood fun to attend now and the team looks a lot more up for it than the last game i attended.

Comoletly gutted the club from what I've heard and read, so to be top six come winter I'll be a happy chaopy

It's amazing the types of tackles players get away with in the lower leagues compared to the premiership
