The umpire is to preoccupied looking at the inside edge and has completely missed the bat hitting the pad at ankle height.

England should be able to review the reviews and explicitly point to the bat and pad as the 3rd umpire has obviously not seen it

Why is there no hot spot?

ICC stopped using it as it was deemed unreliable for ball hitting glove and for faint edges on the bat. Also there was the whole argument about the use of tape on bats to counter the hot spot

It looked outside line in realtime. He's a long way across. It's not out. We can't be whinging about that.

The Kohli one looks to have been a genuinely disgraceful decision - and if it has an impact on the game, and series, we should be spitting blood. That was the game!
