Rafa will sulk after this weeks lambasting from the media and even some of their fans......I suspect he will go to City and play a more expansive game, get absolutely mullered then turn round and claim that he was right to do what he did at Chelsea all along, ignoring completely the fact that Chelsea are not in the same continent as City let alone ball park.

The mags will then lap it up and blame it all on Ashley

When Rafa goes, Wego, bum bum bum, everybody say Wego, wego

Make this happen. Where do they go?

I wonder when, if ever Benitez will be scrutinised. They expect to be beaten by Man City, but if they're slaughtered, it'll still be difficult to take. They then face Arsenal at home (good time to play them), Palace away and Leicester at home. If they lose all three for example, will the fans begin to question Benitez, or insist his hands are tied and he is utterly powerless due to Ashley's failure to invest in the summer?

I'm going to make a bold prediction that he'll be gone after the Brighton game.
