Dickman needs to go, suprised he survived the summer cull. Make no mistake there is some talented lads in that group and he gets nothing out of them.

How the feck is he in control of owt fhs

I suppose when you haven’t won a derby in about a decade, you have to pretend that u23 games matter.
Does our 6 nil not matter when they had Lascelles, Taylor etc playing then ?

I’m more disappointed in Hackett and Robson, Hackett was promoted into the first team in pre season and played terrible, Robson just didn’t look interested.

Nah, not having that.
He was considered fit to play and should have been busting his bollocks to impress. Was shite as was that other kid Hackett. And Embleton ?? Ffs man pathetic.
Fair play to the mags lads, well up for it, won majority of tackles, passed it well and finished well.
Safc lads should hang their heads in shame irrespective of whether mags or Doncaster.
Pathetic display lacking in everything.
Inexcusable.

Some of them probably think they are too good for u23 football now they have had a few minutes in the first team.

48 page pull out in the chronic and Rafa moaning that if Ashley hadn't picked the team it would be at least ten.

This is exactly what I thought. Embleton Hackett Robson Hume should be ashamed of their performances in all honesty, get a chance with the first team and then by all accounts with that performance think They’re above the U23s. Molyneux the only one who actually threatened from the first team lot.

I’m all for kids being in the first team but with performances like that do they actually deserve a chance?

With Dickman if I remember correctly he has been through the age groups with most of them, probably a better coach than manager.

Sadly it looks you are spot on.
Robson was rubbish. Shouldn't he be standing out ?

I’ve said numerous times that Robson should not be anywhere near the first team. Stockdale only promoted the ones who were in the u18/23s with him (bar Mumba) at that time he was the manager, which to me says everything.

They haven't exactly pulled up any trees for the first team as well. I just hope this is a come back down to earth moment where they realise they need to put a lot more work in and that they haven't made it just yet.

Reading Dickmans comments says a similar thing.

I doubt it, look at Greenwood and tommy Robson both played for the first team once all went to there head and were released.

Too much money to soon, you could see them all driving in brand new Mercedes and BMWs. They’re living the life many of us would do anything for and it seems like they’re throwing it away. Might seem over the top but we have some good players who seem to have terrible attitudes.
