How did Ashley's niggardly approach cost you your Premier league place?
He gave McLaren £80m to spend then gave you a world class manager in Benitez. Yet you still went down.
Then he gave your world class manager money to get you promoted.
You fuckas should be grateful to big Mike.
From memory he got a single point from Sunderland, Villa and Norwich (?). He hardly kept you upTook a while for the ‘Benitez took you down’ rhetoric to emerge. Fair play.

was clearly all Ashley's fault.

Two points iirc, they drew 1-1 with us at SJP and they also drew with Villa away on the day we beat Chelsea 3-2.
Two whole points!
f***ing puggled, the lot of yaWhat a rotter.
Fair play on capitalising on our poor performance/misfortune.
I’m still actually struggling to get my head around this. And I’m struggling even more to understand some of the comments from Newcastle fans.
The boycott of Sports Direct, I’m not saying they will be the best employers around but they do employee people and boycotting on the scale some are suggesting could jeopardise jobs.
I’ve seen one suggesting a national boycott where fans of all clubs join in to support them, why would they,
I think I’ll go and spend some money there this weekend![]()
They just finished 10th in the PL.
What exactly are they protestingwhat is Ashley doing wrong. They've just been back in the PL for one season
When you talk about lack of investment, do you take into account the loan fees paid for the players you’ve had over the years, or the high wages being paid to attract players to the north east. They don’t really sign on for the love of the fans and the thriving city centre, but I think you already know that.
Ambition doesn't mean title challenge. For all but 3 or four clubs the title may as well be mythical. But playing good football is attainable, as is consistently getting a top half finish. Trying to win a cup is attainable. To do the above, you need investment. Which is what we see every season from other clubs. Bournemouth are trying to finish as high as possible and their owner is backing Howe to make that easier. So are the Dildo Twins. So are the uber-dodgy Wolves owners.
