Short bankrolled you for years though the money was just spent very badly, it was only the last two years or so he stopped spending which is when you all turned on him. He at least had ambition and wanted you to do well, Ashley has never had that, imagine how much you would have hated Short if he had been doing it for ten years like Ashley has. We’ve been relegated twice in ten years under him, let’s be honest a well run Newcastle wouldn’t be getting relegated from the premier league.
We got relegated two seasons running under Short from the premier league to League 1

You just don't get it do you ? Newcastle are well run financially within their means. What you mean is that you aren't competing with the big boys which is were the mag supporters believe they should be.
No one else in the country thinks that. This whole f***ing mag fiasco and whinging and moaning is driven purely by this delusion. Get over yourselves ffs

Crime through the roof, people forced to go to food banks, debt at an all-time high, and Ant forced to go on the wagon cos He's upset man...yet we see another Mag Delusion level this time by their local MP

I do find it stramge the amount of Sunderland fans that defend Ashley, I know the majority are on a wind up but some genuinely do think he is running the club well, everyone in the whole of football knows Ashley is a twat, even people who know nothing about football know what a twat he is, it seems Sunderland fans are the only people in the entire galaxy that defend him, I wonder why that could be?

Almost as laughable as this parliamentary petition farce.....the vast majority couldn’t give a fuck, the remaining people agree he is a prick or are just laughing at this whole shambolic episode......then again I’m guessing that anyone who doesn’t have sympathy for Newcastle United just doesn’t understand

Apparently he named Ashley in failing to back Rafa as the cause of his health issues

Hiring your own PR company for £575K a year (when one of your previous MDs is on record as saying spending £200K on a PR company is frivolous) and leasing a part of land adjacent to the stadium for nearly £700K from another one of your subsidiaries isn’t being run well financially. It’s tantamount to embezzlement.

That’s without mentioning he was a currently selling Newcastle shirts at £65 which is far higher than equivalent shirts currently retailing for bigger clubs such as Liverpool and Arsenal (same manufacturer).

Has any mag on here commented ? Are they going if Rafa goes ? Although I don't think many of them bother anyway they prefer being on here

They're not equivalent shirts to the rest of the country they're all larger sizes hence the higher price

About as sensible an answer as I’d have expected tbf. Bit daft to pose questions when this is the level of discussion that is going to take place.

Mag fans only want to discuss issues that they can find purely because they are not in a league position only Newcastle fans believe they should be in. This is driven purely by that self delusion. We comment as rivals because the reactions are comical and frankly embarrassing no one else on the football world gives a fuck. If other PL clubs saw this as we do they probably would be astonished

What league position do I think Newcastle should be in?

There seem to be various campaigns by your lot to damage his brands (NUFC / Sports Direct etc) - can you see the link between the threats to do this and the need for extra PR?

When you are complaining that the way benitez is being treated isn't getting the coverage you think it deserves then perhaps that PR is actually worth the money for the club?

I have mags in my family and they think this is embarrassing. As usual they’ve got to try create a scene as seem relevant when everyone else just laughs at them.

There are few other premiership clubs that have hardly done any transfer business but their fans don’t go on like this.
