The prison service as a whole I meant. Mainly due to the open drug use and the disorder around the place. But guess cracking down would result in kick off that couldn't be managed with low staff levels.

I think everyone would love to crack down on it. There’s just not the staff. Half the time we don’t even know how it’s getting in. And when we do know it’s in (including phones etc.) there isn’t the staff, time and resources to do anything about it.

Can well imagine. I'd have thought it would be really hard to get it in, but spice sounds like a tough one to handle.
