Harry Kane

For all the stick he’s got. Tonight showed how important Sterling is. We struggled massively once he went off.
Him and Kane worked well together.
I m f***ing gutted we went out. But we have a team that play to a system and actually look like they want to play for England. No pressure from the press. A manager the country love. A style of play that is our own. We aren’t copying Spain, Germany or whoever. Finally we are England. Well done Southgate.

That wasn't given as offside: the ball went out of play after and that's what was flagged. The time he hit the post instead of squaring it to Sterling.

Now there was a legit offside (two yards) that he put wide.
And he should never have been offside - he saw the play and had the opportunity to get himself on, but it was almost as if he couldn't be arsed. The fact he still put it wide anyway says it all to be honest.

He was minging, but overall I can't forget some of the moments he's made and the Tunisia header is different level; not to mention him bailing us out in centre mid versus Colombia.

The phrase flash in the pan was made for this lad, utter shite

You were talking about the Premier League at the the time, not the World Cup.

You're now trying to excuse your comments because England only reached the semi-final of the World Cup with Kane as the highest scorer.

He has a greatly inferior midfield for England, who can't create chances, than he does at Spurs.

Kane is better than Lukaku, would be better in a decent national team and will score goals again in the PL next season ...... definitely not a flash in the pan.

It was posted after Euro 2016 when we got knocked out by Iceland, not that you’re right often , but you’re wrong again.

Oops, my mistake .... I hadn't realised you were speaking solely on his international form.

Why didn't you mention that before, you could've saved yourself endless mockery and ridicule?
