I ponder this sometimes. On stumpings when they review it, they confirm it's a legal delivery and its out.

What happens if it's a no ball?

As some stumpings can be off wides in T20 and Odis, what if it's a no ball and a wide?

If it’s a no ball, it’s not out

A stumping is where a batsman goes too far forward out of his crease whilst playing a shot but not attempting a run.

A run out is where a run is clearly being attempted.

No ball takes precedence over a wide as the no ball occurs first - provided it's a front foot no ball.

I knew if this got posted some miserable sod would be saying it wasn't all that good because she's got a fanny and it isn't proper cricket.

IMHO it was an outstanding stumping regardless of format.
