Then can you politely start a thread about Newcastle attendences, and leave this thread to what is an excellent response (in our current circumstances) by our fans to season ticket sales. You have admitted that we have been through much worse than you since 1992, so therefore why the need for comparison?

You literally have no idea what its like having your club dragged down to the third tier by gross incompetence, so with all due respect, stop being a condescending twat.

Between around 2008-15 mainly I would agree with you. Since Benitez took over though home games have had a great atmosphere.

There's only half a dozen other stadiums in the league that could even hold 18,000. I reckon we'll still sell another few thousand too. Whatever other clubs think of us is irrelevant. We know how much we've suffered recently. Especially the last two seasons. Given where we are, that's very good.

What did you win in europe? The same as us? You had 132 games and come out of it with sweet fuck all. 5 years after your last CL exploits, you were relegated.

Only as we all knew Everton were going to roll over and you could "send the mags down" sparking your greatest celebration in years.

That's the only one sold out in the last few years other than against us. 41k is the norm even when spurs and manure come to town
