There were some games in the premiership where Portsmouth had to pay £47 for home tickets. Plus facilities and shocking. If Portsmouth and Sunderland had the same facilities and prices and both battling promotion, Portsmouth would average more. Fact.

Portsmouth had Premier League money for at least 4 or 5 years, if their support is so good why didn't they increase capacity? 34k "applications" in L1? Probably would have had 50k in the Prem.

Either you're full of shit or the Portsmouth owners are clueless and have been for 15 years.

I think we both know which one is a fact.

Portsmouth did try and expand the stadium unfortunately planning restrictions and false promises made for years by owners. Portsmouth have had terrible owners for years but outside the premiership, and I dont care what anyone says, it is the club with the most fans. Just not a big enough stadium currently to accommodate them all.

Billy. Why was their average attendance 17k last season if they are the club with the most fans?

Billy. Why are you so giddy over Portsmouth?

Billy why dont you fuck off to Portsmouth?

No mention of applications.

Season tickets for the 2018/19 campaign are now on sale.

Existing season ticket holders have until Friday, June 29 to renew their current seat. After this point they will be released for general sale.

Once again you make a mug of yourself.

No it's not fact. It's opinion.

What are you basing this opinion on?

I like Sunderland, they have good support. But the potential at Sunderland will only get them so far up the ladder. The potential at Portsmouth and the potential crowds dwarfs that of any club outside the premiership and a lot in it. The problem is the stadium and the city is an Island so relocating makes it difficult.
