From my pal whose boy played at Hearts.

"He's very highly thought of. I know people who know him personally and have worked with him and all speak highly of him. I used to watch Hearts U20s a lot when he was there and they fell away after he left to go to Alloa. The best thing to happen to him was falling out with Levein. It's been on the up since then".
