Looking at his short time as a manager at Alloa and St Mirren, he's done exceptionally well.
This could be exactly what we need, especially in our circumstances.
A young, hungry ambitious manager who is going to be backed and can build his own team.
All the best to the man, and let's all get behind him.
This. His stock seems to be high at the minute and his record looks decent, for where we are Ross is exactly the type of manager we should be looking at.

I don't anything about him but I like the idea of us getting a young, up and coming manager but not one who is only just starting.

It was all over here after the interview/podcast. Unless I've misread.

Look hopefully he comes in and does a great job, and i'm fully behind him. He has still only managed in the lower Scottish leagues to this date however, regardless if he is highly rated or not this is a massive step up for him.
Try listening to the podcast mate. More reliable than Chinese whispers!

The Scottish first division is the absolute pits so this is a massive gamble. Was hoping we'd get in a good experienced manager who we could sell on a project of winning the league this year and pushing top 6 in the championship next year. Underwhelmed but yknar, it is what it is.
