By offering large discounts and refunds to those who’ve already paid. How many do you think we’d sell at say £200 and if was cost neutral to the new owners would it not be a great way to kickstart the new regime.

Is the correct answerFill the stadium by winning games, not by offering large discounts, people havent stopped going because of the price, it's because they feel disconected with the club and are unwilling to pay money to make crap players rich.
Agree with thisDoesn’t need to happen. The tickets are already reasonably priced.
Make a statement by using the transfer budget well, bring in a manager that can introduce a style of play, win a few games. They’ll come back.
Main reason people have stopped going is we are not in the premier league.Fill the stadium by winning games, not by offering large discounts, people havent stopped going because of the price, it's because they feel disconected with the club and are unwilling to pay money to make crap players rich.
Bullshit. I stopped when we were in the Prem and I stopped because the football was rank and I couldn't stand watching players that didn't give a fuck, I wasn't willing to shell out my hard earned to fill their pay packet.Main reason people have stopped going is we are not in the premier league.

Fuck that. We pay a fair price (very fair imo) as it is and money from paying supporters is our bread and butter nowadays. Either come to the matches or don't. Our current prices aren't the deterrent for most people imo.By offering large discounts and refunds to those who’ve already paid. Agree with everything but the last point.Fill the stadium by winning games, not by offering large discounts, people havent stopped going because of the price, it's because they feel disconected with the club and are unwilling to pay money to make crap players rich.
The OP should just decide whether he wants to go to the matches or not and stop all this fannying about imo.The tickets are brilliantly priced.
Is ticket prices going to be the new “I’m not going till Short has gone” excuse?![]()
Of course you did.Bullshit. I stopped when we were in the Prem and I stopped because the football was rank and I couldn't stand watching players that didn't give a fuck, I wasn't willing to shell out my hard earned to fill their pay packet.
It's not really bullshit when about 15k people stopped going the exact season after we got relegated. Just cos you aren't one of them doesn't make it untrue.Bullshit. I stopped when we were in the Prem and I stopped because the football was rank and I couldn't stand watching players that didn't give a fuck, I wasn't willing to shell out my hard earned to fill their pay packet.
