doesn't always work like that Benitez i'm sure could have went to a bigger club than us, some like the challenge? The potential to unlock something?

is he any good? or just look the part? EH
Well he took on the skunk project & it all seems a bit stagnant up the road these days, so it's entirely possible he might be looking about and for sure he'll be on the big club radar. Getting on a bit though isn't he? If I were him I'd go somewhere like Tenerife or Majorca and end his career on a chill.
EH has done well at Bournemouth and its a comfort zone, possibly ala Moyes & EH is not daft, plus he does look the part. If anything, please give him Sammy Lee's job.

It certainly does, but you don’t get everyone from other cities making a big song and dance about how great their place is like you lot.

how do you get that, do you converse with everyone in the UK?

Come on, seriously, considering the millions that been poured into the place, I’d say it’s ok, but that’s it.

Look outside the centre and quayside and I wouldn’t walk around on my own, put it that way. I think you need to get out and see the world a bit, you’re starting to believe the hype put about by people like yourself.
He’s from Durham :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Indeed, the investment in the city and particularly the quayside makes it quite an attractive place - but it's still miles away from London, and London always trumps everywhere else in the eyes of footballers/managers

Newcastle airport ..... 55 cities with non-stop flights

.....

Manchester airport ..... 149 cities with non-stop flights

Time to stop these inevitable comparisons with the two cities.

These are the kind of things that matter to players, managers, etc .... not how cheap a pint is in the Bigg Market.

London, Newcastle centre and quayside is as good as anywhere in the uk though and far from a dive like you lot seem to think
Its f***ing far from a dive granted, but it is also equidistant from as good as anywhere in the uk. Unless you havent been outside of Byker wall. Newcastle isnt just made up of the centre and quayside. It does have dives like Cruddas Park, Byker, Walker to name but a few. These are the areas “you lot” neglect to mention , when discussing the City that you visit once a fortnight for 9 months of the year

Do they even visit once a fortnight for 9 months of the year.

Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea wouldn't have him .... Everton aren't that different to West Ham and have a stadium to finance.

Where could he go better than West Ham in truth, he's not that good.

I actually agree with you but I think Benitez will think he's better than West ham
