It's not necessarily sleazy though. By the sounds of things his relationship (not that it's any of our business like) had broken down and, after separating, he met someone else who happens to be a lap dancer. Sounds like him and his ex get on fine and that all the kids are well looked after by both so I don't really see the issue. If he'd broken up with his missus and then, a few months later, met a new woman who was an accountant I wonder if it would get the same allegations of sleaze

The lies were minor details of where Donald lived and the age of one his children. The main story is true. If Mike Ashley had done this we wouldn’t hear the last of it on here.

The lies were that he and his wife had already separated, that it wasn’t weeks after she gave birth and that they get on very well and look after the children between them. I’ll ask again why would the Sun change it’s story if it was all true.
Honestly, couple split up and man meets someone else shocker. It happens every single day. Get off your moral high horse man.

This is only newsworthy because of his interest in Sunderland. Of course, these things happen every day. One might take a lesser view of him as a man, but it doesn't impact on his work for us.

To be honest janey I dont want to judge a bloke by his choice of mate, but its deffo tabloid fodder! Whether donald has the acumen to run SAFC is still open to debate...but it aint going to be dull thats for sure....Of all the daft decisions short has made over the years lets hope this isnt the final fek you to the fans that rightly have berated him over the years.
My initial impression when i watched donalds crew at the SOL at the wolves game was not very positive ,especially that PR guy who looked looked like he was bout to sell some time shares in Beirut.........lets all hope short has not fekked us over one last time!........One things for sure we will know better by August.

Of course they are and I absolutely hate papers like the Sun infringing on people’s lives. Even if it were 100% true, it’s his kids and his wife who would suffer the most from the story breaking. They don’t give a shit who gets hurt in their search for a story, it boils my piss :evil:

There's a big difference between leaving your wife for a stripper, and a relationship breaking down and months later getting into a new one.
