Well it's sold out. Same as most our championship games were too. I can't remember the last time I didn't see thousands of empty seats when Sunderland were on telly so it's a bit rich on about tickets when it's years since you had a sell out and you are years away from getting close to ever filling your stadium again and you know it. Can't just turn up to Newcastle and get in with your pick of thousands of seats.
I thought you said you were dropping all the cliches?

You are typical of the mags on here, repeat the same shite over and over again.

Anyway I’m in the club now for a pint or 6, you enjoy your day on the SMB son.

Just explainins why I'm not there today. It may be cliched and shite but all of it is 100% true.

 Just another thick, deluded wanker to add to the list.

Thick and deluded? We get 52,000 sell outs. Fact. So it's obviously harder to get to Newcastle games than Sunderland ones.

You lot claim to have superb support despite having the most empty seats in Great Britain. That's true as well. That's thick and deluded. Seems to be an issue dealing with and accepting reality on here.

Like I say I'd hate to see what you would be like if our positions and crowds were somehow reversed. We would hear of nothing else constantly. I haven't mocked or took the pee about your plight once since signing up either
What would you call what you’re doing now ya nana. You’ve said tickets are hard to come by. You’ve been proven wrong.

I am from Co Durham yes. I was last there against Huddersfield last month before I went on holiday.

Easter weekend yeah that's right 31st march. Not that long ago. Yeah I do cheers not a bad job at all I was in America for 3 weeks last month.

Quite funny talking about Newcastle fans going or not going to games whilst we have sold out just about every home game this season, whilst you have the most empty seats in the UK mind

Haha I'm not going today no I was off the continent when tickets were on sale. I had a season ticket 99 -2005. Went to loads of home and aways including Brugge and Benfica and in our championship season. Moved away for work now get to about 7 homes and a handful of aways a season. It is hard when your teams fixtures sell out home and away 3 weeks in advance though.

There’ll be loads knocking about online if you still fancied going? ;)

Na I'm ok I live 200 mile away and spent a fortune in Vegas last month. Save myself for a few home and aways the start of next season

How’s the hangover this morning?

What was more embarrassing, waking up on a piss stained mattress or the fact you spent the night drunk on your rivals messageboard?

I bet the first thing you did when you woke up was log on here even before you had a sitty down piss.

Haha made me laugh that. Fresh as a daisy thanks never had a drop. Watched the boxing and a YouTube music night while posting online. You can see by my posts last night and this morning there's no difference. ( still the same bollocks yeah ) not our rivals though you rival us in nothing. Just a local club down the road.

I never abused anyone or anything last night, not like I was drunkenly posting and being abusive. I enjoy reading and discussing football with my Sunday morning brew but just about enough for one day anyhow

How has he been proven wrong? Coz you reckon you could have got 2 in Aberdeen?
Jog on

Get yerself on social media and try. Rocking horse shit

What's funny? Today sold out about 3 weeks ago. As all our home games this season have. Feel free to check.

Your team has 30,000 empty seats every home game and I can't remember the last time you sell out but you laugh at me not going today as my team sell out so it's a lot harder to get tickets for.

I remember my Mam having to drive up Newcastle at 6am and queue for hours to get tickets for the derby in 2005/6 as it sold out within an hour of going on sale. The same season you had 10,000 empty seats at the derby. If st James' was two thirds empty and a morgue whilst Sunderland were selling out week after week it would be a bit backward of me to be laughing at crowds etc

A quick Google brought up your ticket page and surely it would say "sold out" would it not?

The Magpies bring the curtain down on a successful first season back in the top-flight this afternoon, when Chelsea visit St. James' Park for a 3pm kick-off.

The match is a sell-out with the visitors taking the maximum allocation of 3,239 places. Sky Sports will provide live coverage in the UK.

As 95% of our home games have been this season. In comparison even half filling your stadium seems a massive ask for you lot at the moment though.

Success? Your last success was in 1969, yet im sure many of my fellow SAFC fans will disagree. At least ours was 1973!

And you'll probably round it off with 5 in a row

Successful season is an exagerration

Yeah just replying to a post to me if that's ok? You still haven't commented on having the most empty seats in the UK whilst trying to laugh at a team who fills its stadium 99% of the time. Like some alternate reality here that goes against facts and what's actually happening.

Agreed it's not a successful season that's just the words they used. Successful season for me would be winning something or getting back in Europe. Been a fairly solid season I would say with a few rocky patches.

If we get 10th I'm sure it's still higher than all but 2 or 3 of your seasons in the last 40 years. If and it's a big if we have some decent recruitment in the summer then I can't see any reason why we can't go a few places better next year too.

As in 95% that you have not been to, yet here you are ( again ) posting on a Sunderland forum talking about empty seats. Haha f***ing pathetic man, get a grip.
